An amazing array of plants can be grown in containers. We put the right plant in the right place to ensure healthy, beautiful plantings all season long. If they don't, we will replace them at no cost.  

When you choose Ornamental Nature you are helping the environment.  We support birds, bees and other pollinators by using safe, effective and sustainable gardening practices and never using chemicals. A few plants can make a big difference.

In 2020, we collaborated with the awesome architects and designers at Gensler, to incorporate native plants into their Design for Distancing initiative, which invited designers to create beautiful, healthy, safe spaces for Baltimore businesses and residents to flourish during the Covid-19 pandemic. Emily Jaskot founded Ornamental Nature because she loves to garden and dreams of a more beautiful, healthy Baltimore. After learning the value of plants from her family of naturalists and home gardeners in Pennsylvania, she developed her passion for container gardening in her Patterson Park backyard, where she turned a cement parking pad into urban oasis, all in containers. 

She has continued to learn and hone her plant skills as a Baltimore City Master Gardener, and has been gardening professionally for members of greater Baltimore area since 2017.
